Where Youth Discover Their Greatness!
Forever Leading Youth (F.L.Y.) Center is Atlanta's culturally-affirming after-school experience for youth ages 6–17, built around technology, arts, athletics, academics, and community.
Mission
To create a transformative, culturally affirming space where Black youth in Atlanta are empowered to discover their greatness through technology, arts, athletics, academics, and community.
Vision
The FLY Center will become the gold standard for culturally-centered youth development programs nationwide — a model that proves excellence, joy, and Black identity are not just compatible, but inseparable.
Values
Excellence Without Apology — We hold our youth to the highest standard while celebrating who they are.
Community Over Competition — Every student belongs and every student lifts each other.
Innovation as a Birthright — Tech, creativity, and entrepreneurship are tools every FLY student wields.
Whole-Child Development — Mind, body, and spirit are equally nurtured here.
Cultural Pride — Our heritage is our superpower.
WHO WE ARE
FLY Center brings STEM, creative arts, athletics, academic support, and financial literacy together under one roof. Every student is held to a high standard and celebrated for who they are. Parents stay involved through monthly Parent/Member sessions; where families, leadership, and staff check in together.
